Moving Through Fear and Into Presence

This podcast is a bit of a personal story time, as well as a “how to” move through fear.

We all experience fear at one time or another.

It can really take us mentally down, make us agitated, reactive and cause up to show up in ways that we normally wouldn't. It can cause disconnection within us and a othering of those around us. Fear unchecked can be a really powerful force into deep unconscious behaviors.

I approach this topic with a personal share as well as offering some wisdom on how to move through fear and into deeper connection with your inner world as an anchor.
