We have all been in a place where we have felt something big inside, stress or perhaps and inner story of not being good enough or perhaps shame.

Those places can cause us to mentally spin. To feel overhwhelm. To feel ill. To feel disconnected and well shit.

Presence is your passport back to feeling connected; connected to yourself, and to something MUCH greater than all of us..

Presence is the key to allowing the feelings to be there, the stories to be there, the mind to monkey away, the desires to fill you.

AND

then to witness it all; to allow it to rise and fall.

Easier said that done?

Presence is a journey! You can’t take the journey if you are unwilling to walk the path.

Presence creates SPACE, alleviates overwhelm and helps you connect, align and regulate in your entire mind/body/spirit.

In a world that can be stressful, fear inducing and where we can get lost in the mundane concerns, we can tune to presence as an anchor and a guide to stay connected.

It is time to awaken to the presence of us.

Presence can be found in every body, in every religion; presence is universal.
